BEPC has an open position for a Support Technician Level 1
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite, candidate must be local, surrounding area from Austin, TX!!)

Pay Rate: $20 – $27 Per hour with weekly pay!!!
Term: 4-month contract with possible extensions
Shift: 1st shift 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mon – Fri
No Corp to Corp candidates
II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Experience in help desk support.
Understanding of ITSM practices & working knowledge of help desk software/databases/remote control.
Receive calls/inquiries, provide support, document incidents/remedies.
Translate tech knowledge into actionable direction
